What makes us different?
All of our team members are licensed Realtors, including our Property Managers and Leasing Agents. We have an experienced, dedicated property management team for single family homes, and a separate team for our multi-unit properties. The Property Manager is the point of contact for the owner and tenant, but the entire team works together to look after every property. Our owners have their Property Manager’s cell number, so there’s no leaving a message with a receptionist and hoping for a return call.
We answer the phone.
Our leasing team is commission only – if they don’t lease a property, they aren’t getting paid. When prospective tenants call or respond to our online marketing, our leasing team typically responds within the hour. We make same day appointments, and we schedule evening and weekend showings for your property. Basically, we work on the customer’s schedule, not ours.
